ITWL publishes primarily scientific books authored by staff to disseminate the latest scientific research and development work.

All scientific publications undergo peer review and verification for compliance with publishing ethics and scientific integrity principles. The publishing process is carried out according to the annual publishing plan approved by the ITWL Director.

Items planned for publication and those outside the plan are subject to evaluation by the Editorial Committee.
