From 2.09.2025 to 5.09.2025, the Air Force Institute of Technology participated in the International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) 2025 in Kielce. This year's edition of the fair turned out to be particularly fruitful, bringing prestigious awards, numerous meetings with key representatives of the defence industry and new perspectives for cooperation.
During MSPO 2025, ITWL's innovative solutions were recognized by experts, which resulted in winning two prestigious awards:
- DEFENDER, awarded for "Unmanned surface-air platform using the near-surface effect, supporting the activities of Special Forces in sea waters" developed in cooperation with the Gdańsk University of Technology - Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding and the Military University of Technology - Faculty of Mechatronics, Armament and Aviation.
- FIRST CLASS AWARD in the National Competition NATIONAL SECURITY LEADER 2025, in the Innovative Product category for the "Network-centric Readiness Management System for NOSP devices using data transmission "e-NOSP" developed in cooperation with the Military Central Design and Technology Bureau (S.A.).
The offer presented by the Institute met with great interest of the guests of the MSPO Showroom, who visited the ITWL stand. Mutual meetings served to exchange experiences, deepen cooperation, search for new areas of cooperation and further activities for the development of the armed forces.
Representatives of the Central Institutions of the Ministry of National Defence, its Departments, and the Branches of the Armed Forces — including the Air Force, for which ITWL is a proven partner — had the opportunity to become acquainted with the presented studies.
The ITWL stand was also visited by the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of National Defence, Mr. Stanisław WZIĄTEK.
The ITWL exhibition included i.a.:
- A/C passive protection system;
- IT support system of the Polish Armed Forces;
- A set of aerial target imitators;
- Family of unmanned aerial vehicles;
- Optoelectronic head: "Zjawa – 1"; designed for observation, including detection, recognition, identification, tracking and pointing of object coordinates.
- Survival kit for military aircraft crew members.
Each of these products responds to today's challenges in the field of defence and security, underscoring ITWL's commitment to the development of modern military technologies, which are key tools in the field of defence and security.
An important event at MSPO was the signing of an agreement on cooperation between ITWL and Airbus Helicopters and Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa SA and a cooperation agreement between ITWL AND PGZ SA. and WZL2 S.A. This is an important step towards increasing Polish's technical potential in the field of servicing modern air systems.
We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand, shared their comments and ideas. Your support motivates us to continue working towards building a strong and secure future for Poland.
We invite you to follow our further activities.
